I loved the location of this hotel - it was secluded and close to nature. The staff were amazing, always available for assistance. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Absolutely nothing.

It's an amazing place in Bali, like a quite paradise. I never seen a staff like that. They really take care of their guests as a family. The situation is really good & beautiful (surrounding rice fields). The relation between price & quality is really high. It was an extraordinary experience. It's also a good place from you can visit all interresting places of Bali. Thank you Made for all !
It's too far from my home ;-). Be carefull of the dogs on the road to go to the hotel when you use motorbike (private joke).

I recently stayed at a hotel near Ubud city centre and had a fantastic experience. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The hotel paid attention to detail, ensuring our room had a beautiful paddy field view and two comfortable AC units. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast offered a scenic view, making our mornings even more enjoyable.
No major downsides, everything was satisfactory.

The resort is quite private, with only 2 full suites on both sides of the pool facing the rice terraces, and another 2 rooms on the main building. The staff is extremely friendly and corteous. The interior design is very nice and everything has been done with a lot of detail. It is only 5 months old. Free Wi-Fi. Beautiful infinite swimming pool facing the rice terraces, despite its small size. Very reasonably priced tours around Ubud with an extremely friendly driver/guide.
Booked.net indicates that there is a free shuttle to/from Ubud center, but this is only offered at 10 am and 3 pm. Other than these times the rate is 3 usd each way. What is described in the website as a "family cottage" really consists of two separate rooms in front of the lobby area with a separate bathroom to go to which one must exit the rooms onto the lobby area, with the detrimental consequence of no privacy. This should be explicitely stated in the website. No credit cards.

Very beautiful villa, nice views, great stuff, very clean, you feel very confortable all the time. Very good value quality-price. I really recommend this villa if you want to spend some days in Ubud Area.
You need to take a shuttle service to get Ubud.

Nestled in a lush green arbor, this resort is a perfect hideaway for those who want to be close to nature. Meandering through the verdant gardens and rice fields just down the path from the spacious and thoughtfully styled rooms, this resort is a true oasis. the attentive staff, who always wear smiling faces, make you feel right at home. the breakfast spread with local delights served by the pool adds an extra touch to an already fantastic stay.
Some guests may find the distance to the main town inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff and and owner really went out of there way. I really wouldn't call it a hotel ,it was more like home away from home . people would miss out on a very relaxing experience,if they didn't stay at the villa.

Spent Xmas at a resort with a great pool and delicious food. Location was perfect, away from the busy city but easily accessible. Shuttle service was free and frequent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even offered Christmas activities for the guests.
The resort could use some updates, especially with the Wi-Fi. It was slow and unreliable.

The staff there is good.
We both don't like it's boss there, who seems dishonest to his customs. There is no any restaurant around. Please pay attention to the bill of the small restaurant they recommend, there's some trick in it! Btw, free shuttle only provided at 10am & 3 pm, otherwise you have to pay a taxi between Ubud. Will not come any more!

We have had a really good time at villa junjungan. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, the accomodation is good, the staff really nice. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. This was one of the better locations during our stay in Bali. Thanks Made and staff!!! Greetings Pieter, Tosca, Brent & Famke.

This hotel offers great value for money, as it provides basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a paddy field view. The two air conditioning units in the room kept us cool throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed starting our day with breakfast, which had a scenic view.
The location is somewhat out of town, but still not too far from the center.

Very Relaxing stay and quite location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Perhaps the breakfast menu could have been clearer and what was on offer.
